- Rental operators provide hovercraft rides to the public, either as experience rides, corporate events or by selling gift vouchers to the many people who have always wanted to learn to fly a hovercraft.
- Dealers have autonomy to look after promoters, resellers, rental operators in their area, to provide front-line support.
